If you mean he must be a goner because Clayton says he is staying- then you make a good point.

That McNabb was treated differently by the organization than other players who were more worthy of the respect that McNabb got, but sometimes didn't earn. No one person has the power to divide a team, unless that team is already fraught with internal problems that leads to divisions. But, I can understand why people can believe what the media tells them. The same reason why many people believe that Britney Spears voice on her albums is her actual voice, and not a studio creation.

It's comical to me.

I have no idea why more people cannot see/understand this. Jerry is not dumb enough to throw that type of money or production away. It's not gonna happen.khiladi;2639330 said:Ultimately, in the spectrum of things, keeping TO has nothing to do with the contract he was given, though there is no way Jerry is going to throw 14 million dollars away in money he already gave TO with this latest contract. Keeping TO is because it gives the organization the best chance to win. Keeping TO is because his presence on the field makes this offense better.

And they still lost. Might as well had kept him.bbgun;2639824 said:Keeping TO would have given the Niners and Eagles the "best chance to win," but they still got rid of him. If his "numbers" are all that matter, then why all the internal discussions?
