No. I never thought from the start he would be a good NFL QB, and I still think that.
If a team need a 3rd team guy, he may come,in and make some plays. But for a long term starter, no.

Maybe not, but he's better than Kellen Moore when knee walking drunk....

I don't think even Jerry would take that risk right now. If Johnny was transparent about getting some help, and was consistent in staying out of the media, old gamblin' Jerry might look at him for a deal with no bonus money next off-season.

For the record, I wouldn't want that.

Yeah give him a season or so of disappearing from the public eye and Jerry would absolutely sign him. But, the only place he will disappear to is likely jail.

The thing is, when Manziel was focused for a short time, he actually looked like a decent spot starter for the Browns. Jerry's ego would probably lead him to believe that his coaching staff can get the best out of him.

I'd be willing to lay odds that he dons a Cowboys uniform sometime in the next 5 years.
only if he gets one of these which would probably fit.

Time for a new nickname
You can't be called Johnny football when you aren't playing football and probably won't anytime soon unless he heads to Canada

I remember when a lot of people actually thought he acted out so he would be cut and then signed by us.

I'm for second chances, but I believe Manziel has to show that he's cleaned up his act first (and needs to do it for a good period of time). Until he shows that kind of commitment, then there's not way the team should give him that chance.

Perfect job for Johnny screwball. Motivational speaker for rookies on how to ruin their careers.

I swear that dude being linked to the cowboys, is like some bad decision you have made with a ugly girl while being drunk. He just will not go away.

If the guy in the Rowdy suit retires then Johnny Football has a spot on the team!

The RMS Manziel aka Titanic has long set sail I think regardless
of how desperate things get with Romo and the back up issues
they'll throw the rookie in and baptize him with fire before they
ever go out and spend money on a real player
