    Wonder who he’s bringing in to replace him. Kitna did pretty well.

    Oh Well. I have to trust in M&M system, he knows how to beat teams and make playoff runs. McCarthy’s Staff Figures To Bring Experience in dedicated to footwork, hip, grip and follow through.

    Dak is becoming the GOAT, move over Brady there is a new sheriff.

    Was hoping they would keep Kitna. Maybe has his own guy with more experience for helping QB's in his system.

    Not sure about Nussmeier, but he has a lot of experience, maybe fits in.

    Yeah, this news saddens me a bit. I thought Kitna did a nice job with Dak and would have liked to see that continue.

    very doubtful. I think it means he just wants a different QB coach

    McCarthy = Hybrid HC and OC

    Moore = Hybrid OC and QB coach

    Regardless of what you think of Kitna it's refreshing to see our head coach truly pick his own staff.

    I wish I could wrap my arms a quarter of the way around McCarthy right now and bury my head in his bosom.

    Moore and MM will likely be working with Dak. UNLESS there is a Darkhorse QB coach he brings in

    I think MM has enough skins on the wall as a developer of QBs. He can't have that many voices in the kitchen if he is going to have access to Dak, and getting this young QB to adopt his play calling style and expectations.

    This was a no-brainer. He can't have anything come between him and his QB other than a MM disciple spouting off MM religion.

    Love it or hate it, an offensive minded HC has to be close to his QB, and anyone who is in his QB's ear has to be on the same page as MM.

    This = Kitna is out.

    You may have coaches you like, but its more important for a head coach to have that kind of control

    You mean bring in actual competition at the QB position, or is the dark horse already on the team

    Don’t let them fool you. Garrett picked a lot of that crap that was around him.
