Casillas is probably confused. He came to the Giants in 2015. He sees that JPP is now lining up against the RT and probably forgot that JPP lined up against the LT in the past.

If he has in mind that Doug Free was blocking JPP when Romo played, then I can definitely understand why he thinks Romo would have nightmares.
