Now that the cat's out of the bag, he can do one of two things.

1. Continue the legal fight and bleed them dry with lawyer fees. JJ would win for obvious reasons but endure continual bad press.
2. Agree to another settlement and make it go away. JJ would lose some more money but at least get this issue behind him.

My guess it will eventually be option 2.

Jerry didnt know at the time but a couple decades later but there would be no confidentiality in these situations. Ancestry.com showed me I had hundreds of relatives that I had no idea existed. Very accurately I might add. There are no secrets now, really didnt matter what the mother did. Plenty of other sites do the same. The daughter was going to find out one way or another.
