ill put my crow that i was going to eat in the freezer till the 31st and i hope to be serving it to all of you that talked so much **** in the other thread(rampage and bob im talking to you).

LOL do you actually believe this? come on man. This is something that his agent told him to say so he could save the embarrassment with that brutal 40 time. Lots of agents tell there players to say that after posting disappointing times/results. If that was the case why were his cone drills and shuttle above average? come on man. This is so BS lmao.

There might be something to this considering he kept falling down on cuts. I'm not holding my breath though.

I know he has posted better times than he did at the combines. As for him being hurt I can't say one way or the other if he says he is I have no reason to doubt it. Bottom line he like others will continue to work out for teams during pro days so he will get a chance to prove it

ok but do you think if he ran a 4.37 he'd say he had a tweaked hammy then?

Call me dirty, but I hope he tanks his pro day too and Dallas can snag him with a later pick.

If he had ran a 4.37 with a bad hammy he would be a top 5 pick and who would care if he had a bad hammy. When you run a time slower than what you have shown before then the question of why comes into play a bit more. Either way he will get his chance at pro days to improve it.

if he had tweaked his hammy AND run a 4.37 i cant see why you wouldn't tell people you posted that time at less than 100 percent lol.

we get it dude you don't believe him. great. thats your prerogative, now go somewhere else with it.

so what is funny? a guy running a 4.37 with a bad hammy or the fact that if a guy showed that type of speed along with his production on the feild that player would be considered a top draft choice? Fact is Shipley has been looked at as a 2nd to 3rd rd pick

thats my prerogative? LOL. Open up your eyes, don't be so gullable, just because he's your pet cat. Do you think its by chance that he says he has a pulled hammy the day after? why not tell people the day before :laugh2: Just eat your 'crow' right now.

what was very funny is the fact that you think he'd go top 5 if he ran a 4.37 with a bad hammy. LOL. And a top draft choice? That is also very funny, because he'd never be considered a top draft choice considering he'll never be a #1 WO in the NFL. He could have all the production in the world, he's a slot receiver.

I can understand the skepticism. If he tweaked it prior to any event, then he shouldn't have competed or continued competing.

no he didn't because he wouldn't have participated or one of the analysts or reports would have said so.

If he had ran a 4.37 as was asked then yes he would be looked at as a top pick guys running 437 and producing would not be playing slot to begin with. the guy killed Alabama with a backup QB and was consistent all year despite the fact Texas had no running game and not allot of production from the other WR. Teams knew to so Texas you had to stop Shipley and they couldn't so take you Texas hate and stuff it.
