What a bonehead. This is tragic because the guy actually does have some valuable skills. He's no Walter Payton or Emmitt Smith, but he's a good enough runner to be a change of pace guy. He played that role well for Murray. He's even good enough to be in that gray area where you're thinking he could start. That's where fans were thinking he was in the offseason. I've seen him take nothing runs and turn them into something. Again, not elite skill, but enough skill to help a team win as a role player. However, all that is negated by his sheer stupidity and immaturity. If you had a stand-up guy with a great attitude and head on his shoulders with Randle's abilities, you would have a team guy that's worth keeping around. It's tragic that this guy is throwing his NFL career away. I'm getting flashbacks of Quincy Carter. Carter was no Roger Staubach, but I have no doubt he could have at the very least been a quality journeyman backup in this league if he had had a good head on his shoulders.
