The bar is suing Brent because the parents are suing the bar. They want to try and recoup any money that they may have to pay out if they lose against the parents.

And the idea that any establishment should be held accountable for a person's own actions is ridiculous. I can see if Brent or Brown were falling down drunk and they still continued to serve them, but that wasn't the case.

This country is way to full of people wanting to point the finger at everyone except those responsible. Brent drove drunk. That was his choice. It was his choice to order drinks. What's next? Someone suing McDonalds because they are obese?

I don't often agree with you but I do on this.

I get sick of people not taking responsibility for their own actions and instead spout stuff like... "It's not my fault, my dad didn't tell me that he loved me."

That's not that simple, the 20-30 degree hotter has much more scalding effects on the skin, also McDonald received 100s of complaints on this and did nothing ....atleast that was what i was told .

It means that when they see Brent in the game, they know we are playing the run--so why not just pass?
