After he was drafted, they commented that he had sticky hands. They said this about White and Awuzie also.

I disagree, he definitely will make plays on the ball, but does not seem to have "sticky hands." Awuzie is not as adapt at playing the ball as Lewis, nor does he have "sticky hands."

This guy is impressive with the one handed catches. However, all the videos i have seen thus far where he makes this kind of acrobatic catch, the ball seems to be under thrown. Surely that was the case in the game video where he one handed the ball on that deep route.

While there are under throws in this league, the guys tossing the rock are pretty darn accurate and get the ball deep enough for the corner to be shielded by the receiver.

Not saying he will be bad. Or even that he won't be a real player. Just appears to me the under throw offers him a chance in an amateur sport that will not come with any regularity in the pros.

Dude is something, I'll tell you that. If he was 6-2 + I'd say let's mess around just a little with him at WR. Especially near the the goal line. But not worth it.


I like the fact he has some skills as a wr. It shows he can track the ball in the air, and will most likely be looking to always make a play on the ball. Very valuable as a CB.

Agreed, all I have to say is. I feel bad for the QBs who want to throw those risky curl and slant routes his way.

On which player? Either way I'd point to the stats. Lewis had 2 ints last year and 3 the year before, modest totals, but nothing to rave about. He does have a ridiculous amount of passes defended, which is why I did not knock his ball skills.

Awuzie has 1 nit in his career, so that one is self explanatory

Perfect when you have to play the slot position. I think Scandrick might be done in Dallas.
