If you want to make the argument that the media focuses more on Cowboys failures than other teams I'd probably agree with that.

But your post was that Herbert and Goff "got paid and there's not a smidgen of media outcry" about their poor play.

That simply isn't true.

Are they getting it as bad as Dak? Probably not. But they're getting it, and deservedly so.

As @nate dizzle said , Dak is fortunate to play on the grand stage and has the biggest salary. People care about Dallas more than SD or Detroit. Comes with the territory

#1 Daniels is CLEARLY better than Dak has ever been already, we ALL know it. He's gotten farther with much more ease. Just admit it. He's 2-0 in playoff games.Dak is 2-5 in 8 years. JD beat the #1 seed his rookie year. I know it tears you up. Get over it.

#2 Why does presenting facts garner such a reflexive emotional response? Why aren't you objectively looking at all the evidence and forming good conclusions? You seem to want to push your emotional love of the team ahead of realitly/facts. That's never good if your goal isn't to live in denial.

#3 Don't ever tell me who/what to root for or question my loyalty because mainly you have zero clue of my background or the things/people I fought for the the sake of the Cowboys. I got into fights with older Commander bully fans on the back of my grade school bus in 1983 when i was 6 for wearing my Cowboys jacket. Many more after that. Only "loser" franchises care about a top-5 pick to draft a QB. Teams with a winning culture like ours understand how important it is to win meaningless games in December in order to screw up your draft position.

However having owners willing to spend helps.
