What are the chances the 5th circuit awards a stay? And what happens if they uphold Mazzants ruling?

I would say less than 5% for a stay

But if they do issue a stay Zeke is immediately suspended and his case continues to trial in a few months

If they don't then Zeke keeps playing until the whole trial and appeals play out which could take over a year or two

Hoping and laughing about another players injury? That's funny to you? Is hoping you get in a car wreck funny? or what about your family? that's hilarious!

I'm sure what I just said is frowned upon but how is that any different than you laughing or hoping for another player to be hurt? I can quote you plenty. I guess laughing at and hoping for an athlete on an opposing team to be injured is ok on this site but hoping the same against a another internet warrior is grounds for a banning? We'll find out soon enough.

I think JG has a very detailed heart to heart talk with Zeke (not through the media or other players) and see how that goes. More of a pep talk however with an ultimatum. With the legal news this morning, his future is now pretty set for this year. IF Zeke does not engage, you start giving reps to DMac and roll a different direction until Zeke gets his mojo back.

This. The suspension isn't off the plate until the 5th rules. So this doesn't mean Zeke is off the hook for year. Yet. There is very little likelihood the Mazzant ruling is changed, but the suspension could still start the day after the 5th circuit ruling if they don't uphold Mazzant.
