Stephen Jones doesn’t want spend $$. Only believes signing own crappy players. Very odd mindset cause not winning with our same crappy players.

Trying to get different results by doing the same thing over and over is insanity. Everybody knows this except Stephen. I fully expect Stephen and the Cowboy fans will have a rocky relationship when Jerry is gone. He seems to have a problem with fans questioning his decisions and fans have a problem with Stephen for being a tightwad that refuses to sign free agents to improve the team. Stephen may be the final nail in the coffin with fans. It is hard to support a team that constantly fails to meet expectations and is run by a tightwad jerk.

What they are doing is building an outstanding team with young talent. Obviously you can't see it. but they are loaded with good young players. They are good and they will be very good. Parsons is probably the best player in the entire league.
