Julius Jones... 1000 yard rusher or not?

...and his thousand yards. The team needs to find itself a blocking game. Julius needs to heal up. He's not able to physically play behind a line that doesn't open drive lane holes and his burst isn't there this year.

As for Witten, I agree with Sarge on putting any assumptions forward, but if the line continues to have difficulty then we will be seeing more of Witten's work on the line and less upfield.

Given what we have read on that subject, Witten has to improve his backside blocking.

What's more important to me is whether a player is Pro Bowl calibre as opposed to one of those guys who has a good year and sneaks into the Pro Bowl. You know the player I'm talking about; the player who benefits from being in a good system and puts up nice stats for a year never to make it again. With JJ and Whitten, you know they have the capability of going to any given Pro Bowl in the future.
