I would agree 100%. Neither back seems to be the complete answer, but based on what Barber can do in the passing game I would be starting him rather than starting Jones.

I am not saying to get rid of Jones, but his type of running would seem to be to be better when you have a lead than it is when you are starting the game. I also think I would rather Barber be the third down back even on drives Jones starts. I just don't like the way they are platooning these guys.

Maybe we can get a stud RB with the Cleveland pick next April.

Well...I'd take JJ's 15 yard average on receiving anyday.

Our OL is not good at run blocking, period...I dont know how many more plays some people have to see blown up at the LOS or behind it before they get it

forget 8 and 9 man fronts...we couldnt even get a push vs 5 or 6 man fronts with them dropping tons of guys off into coverage

that was a pathetic game by our OL

There was one play that sticks out in my mind...at the beginning of the 4th qtr., MBIII got tackled at the line of scrimmage by not 1, not 2, not 3, not even 4, but 5 bills....go ahead and tell me that isn't on the o-line.

You are right, the offensive line needs to play better.

I think we all know we were in this position because of Romo's night, but here is why I even mentioned Jones... At the beginning of the game they ran him when they were backed up and he did nothing. Then throughout the first half it just seemed to me that they were running him and he was doing nothing. I understand the line needs to block, but doesn't he need to do something as well?

I also got upset late in the game in the 4th quarter when they were down and they handed the ball to Jones up the middle. That play hadn't worked all night and it just seemed crazy to be calling it at that time.

Perhaps tonight my beef is with the O-line, or with the play calling, but I still think we are better served with Barber as the starter and Jones as the change of pace.

I am starting to wonder if the jones is the better runner but that the oline doesn;t believe in him so they don;t block for him.. You know it is weird when players believe they can do goood they do better than when they think they can fial the same people

I'd agree with you but the o-line is getting pushed back with Barber in there as well....this is a game where we didn't have a huge TOP lead....their defense didn't get worn down like other teams until VERY late in the game, and we were just passing then.

Barber in the 4th qtr. had 5 guys on him on one play that went for nothing.

This o-line is ONLY good at pass-blocking, but I've seen Romo have to scramble too many times as well.

I wonder just how good they "really" are.

JJ is much better back in space in the recieving game and i don't know why they don't get him the ball in space more. JJ was running hard tonight but MB3 is a playmaker in his CURRENT role then why change it.

Name the great RBs in history that can thrive when getting hit 3-4 yards behind the los consistently. I suspect the only one that you might be able to mention is Sanders. You just can't be successful when people are hitting you about the same time you get the ball from the QB.

The Bills played to stop the run very well tonight and played the pass well too` They called the right defense all night long a good bit` The OL is playing well I think` They could be better but overall they are doing well`

And this Barber thing is getting old` He appears to be running harder but he is not significantly better` Just different` He is better on the goal line`

We have two solid backs` They are tough and dont turn the ball over` They get the yardage they should ususally` They are different and equally valuable`

We need a game breaker at RB` JJ looked like it once` Not now`

glad to see that some of you are not being fooled by the rankings...we CANNOT line up and run the ball..which bodes bad for NFC East football...just ask Donavan McNabb
