Just an interesting stat on Diggs

Diggs has 5 interceptions in 14 games as a Cowboy.

Byron Jones had 2 in 79 games.

We are all aware Jones was a shadow corner with zero to none ball skills. Diggs possesses high level ball production, but he will also give up some plays down the field. In this day and age, you need to be able to turn teams over, which is why Diggs is the better option moving forward.

Byron plays with his back to the ball so the only INTs he will get are lucky bounces . Diggs on the other hand plays for the ball.

We did not trade 2 first round picks. We traded our first and second.

Jerry is an idiot! You don't trade up to draft a CB that isn't a shut down corner. Claiborne ran a 4.5 40 that's slow. Shut down corners are hard to come by and run 4.3s

The Cowboys have not had a Pick 6 in 59 games. Just seen that stat on Cowboys Game Day on the the local CBS station in DFW.
Can Diggs break this steak soon, maybe Monday night?

The only other teams with longer streaks are the Panthers at 78 games, and the Cardinals at 65 games.

The irony is I believe Byron Jones had the last pick six.

I had hopes Diggs would be a ballhawk. He started out at Alabama as a receiver before switching to defense his last two years in college. I see him attack the ball like it's his and we haven't had a corner like that in....forever.

Diggs is already better than Awuzie or Jones ever were. Think he's at least the best CB we've had here since 2009. I add the caveat Carr was not the train wreck a lot of fans seemed to think he was.

not if you look at BJs running partner is covering top guys diggs is taking the #1 guy all over the field every week and BJ is not.,.get Digge a better partner on the other side and see what happens..might get a little more deep in comps..MIA paying some big money to both corners and they are both supposed to be great but we both know Howards taking the best and bj gets the #2..

BTW check the stats this seasons neither is doing well

i mean Carr just nearly dropped 400 through he air..right shut down my arse homie..thats a lot of money to pay two cbs that aren't playing better then our cheapo ones )
