I know a couple of folks who ended up with oil fires...be very careful and learn how to fry the bird safely.

Make sure to put in the right amount of oil, which is a common mistake...too much oil and when you put the bird in, the oil spills over to the flames and you know what happens next!!!!

Also, if you overheat the oil, it will catch fire.

Lowering the bird into boiling hot oil is the most dangerous part.

Now I'm not sure I can handle all that pressure

Frying a turkey is simple and provides memories that will overshadow many holidays to come. Below is a method for preparing a fried turkey.



Step 1. Find a cooking vessel large enough to hold turkey

Step 2. Fill vessel to the rim with cooking oil.

Step 3. Find a suitable heat source. ie. flamethrower.

Step 4. Place cooking vessel on stand on coffe table or a wood deck that
is connected directly to your house.

Step 5. Heat oil to boil with heat source.

Step 6. (optional) Shoot turkey from across room (NOTE: this make take
several attempts.

Step 7. (optional) Call 911 and request Fire Department.

Step 8. whether you did step 7 or not attemp to distinguish fire while
everyone else vacates residence.

Step 9. Give up in futility at extinguishing the flames and hope the fire
department arrives in time enough to put out fire before turkey
burns.

Step 10. Enjoy your fried turkey.

Seriously though it is very dangerous and the 3 leading cause of fires during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.

I thought it was Roy who got beat on the Shockey TD? no?

No, Roy was on the other side of the field. It was Davis and Burnett who were on Shockey.

Crowd thought Roy PI'd on the Shockey play, looked good to me . Crowd REALLY hates Roy, called him dirty all day. Roy played well today except getting beat for yet another TD. He is very slow to react in coverage.

Umm, Keith Davis was the one that got beat for the TD. The second TD it was Henry that got beat.
