Hardware for the Transformer 2 is at least 5x faster than the iPad2.

Who cares? It's all about the user experience, not the horsepower.

None of those things will do me one bit of good because they lack the horse power for me to be able to do any real work I need to do at my job.

The only good thing would be using them as a connection back to my workstation at work when i am on call and sitting in a restaurant. Since they are small and thin but otherwise I have no use for them.

Check out the Transformer Prime. It will make rDesktop / VNC / ssh much easier with a real docking keyboard that will fold up as a part of the tablet. I believe under 2lbs too.
