JJT says ... "He made one on the next series, when he rolled right and threw off-balance across his body to Terrell Owens, who dropped the pass in the back of the end zone."

Randy Galloway says ... "Scrambling to the right, he threw across his body into the end zone, hoping to hit Eldorado Owens. It was a poor decision by the QB, yet only the last-second hand of a defender tipped away the pass."

I couldn't tell from the replays that I saw and haven't heard it mentioned on TV, ... was it tipped or dropped?

Romo said that if he had caught it (TO) it would of been his highlight of the year (Romo's) so I'm assuming he dropped it.

I don't think Romo's statement necessarily implies that it was dropped.

Not necessarily, but it leans that direction.

Right, I was hoping that someone might know for sure.

I thought maybe some of the Dallas guys on this board saw something on their local tv coverage after the game or something.

Being here in WV, all I got was the game replays, which were not conclusive to me.

They were too busy showing Romo make a fool of Taylor that they didn't bother showing the drop/tip.

The clip i have of it, just shows the shake and bake by Romo. fox was so wrapped up in the shake and bake i didn't get a clear shot of the play.

Now if you wanna see the shake and bake. :)

It looked as if it were tipped to me, but they did not show a good replay.

It never looked like Owens caught it solid. If he did, he didn't hold it for very long.

In any case, I think he was pretty far out of bounds.

I personally don't count that one as a drop. There was a lot of traffic there and it could easily have been tipped. I haven't watched it on TIVO yet.

Thanks. I only had radio for the game yesterday.

That is quite the move. I am amazed at some of the athleticism Romo displays. He just doesn't look to me like he's going to be capable of those kinds of moves.

If you look at the replay you can see by the direction of the shadows on the field that the sun was directly behind Romo when he threw that pass, TO was inbounds, I think TO did not get a good look at the ball because of the sun.

By the way, thanks a lot dargonking.
