Just don't want Ramsey

San Diego might take him out of the running so you might not have to worry about him.

Trade down is preferred, but Ramsey is much closer to Patrick Peterson than he is Mo Claiborne. Seattle built from the back end and just has a bunch of FAs/mid rounders on their DLine. Whiffed horribly on some DEs (Bruce Irvin, Aaron Curry) with top picks and still managed to be ok. Hit a home run with Earl Thomas and he's their back bone. Ramsey + some mid round DLinemen this draft is perfectly fine with me.

If we have Bosa, Elliott and Tunsil on the board, its going to be a trade down or Elliott. Im hoping for a trade down with a team like San Fran and Elliott at 7. Personally.

I feel the same way the op does about Zeke. Kid may be special but a rb with the 4th pick? I yake Ramsey if he is at 4. He can play safety or corner, I think it's a no brainer.

I think the Cowboys wil be insane to pass up on Tunsil or Ramsey whichever one is there at 4. They are both clearly the 2 best players in this draft. We are really in a win win situation

I feel the same way and maybe pick Karl Joseph up with our 2nd if he gets to us. Would be great if we can get a 3rd from San Fran.

A "celebrated" athlete.
This ain't the ACC - the quality of WR's/QB's he will encounter in the NFL far surpasses the talent he faced against his opponents in college.
People enamored with physical measurables -- what exactly about Ramsey's collegiate production/tape justifies selection at no. #4?

At least with Bosa or Elliot -- their college resume speaks for itself.
Give me a guy that either punishes the QB or stuffs the running back at the line of scrimmage (Bosa) OR a player that the touches the ball 20+ times a game and moves the chains (Elliot).

If between Bosa and Elliot - go with Bosa.

You realize Irvin and Curry are/were both linebackers, right?

Curry was a full on linebacker, my mistake. Irvin is a pass rusher though that got moved to SOLB.

Miami will jump us. If the Cowboys like Elliott, they're going to have to take him.

However, I think even if they don't, they still have the option of getting a good player and taking Derrick Henry in the second. I know the reviews on Henry are mixed, and even I have my doubts which I have outlined in previous posts. But I do think Dallas is the one place where Henry can succeed.

I don't want Ramsey either. His saving grace is that he seems like a nice kid with a good head on his shoulders.

But I see more talk about his measurements than his actual performance. And he doesn't provide this team with what it needs most: sacks and turnovers

Sure hope SD takes Ramsey because if not, I think he'll be our pick.
