Not an easy decision for me but I chose Rivers. Bledsoe is good, but who knows how long he could last. I really liked Rivers coming out of college being a 4 year starter and a big game winner. He should be ready to start by now and I think he would be a great fit.

I said Rivers.........because David Lee, Coach, Quarterbacks/Offensive Quality Control, needs to earn his check plus he loves changing throwing motions.:smile:

Absolute best case scenario would have to be Henson, followed closely by Romo.


If Henson's starting next season that means that he finally gets it and Dallas has a "franchise" QB to build around. The same could be said for Romo but he simply doesn't have the physical talent that Henson does.



Favre, McNair .... whomever else merely delays the inevitable, growing with a young QB, much like how the Testaverde and Bledsoe experiments have hurt Dallas in the long run.

I picked Rivers in the poll......... but, you are right - the best case scenario is that henson becomes the man. that means we have a QB on the cheap - low money, no big draft pick investment.
I think Henson goes to NFLE (see parcells comments in his media call with detroit media). And, I am sure the cowboys will use that as a decision maker.

I just want to get a young QB in here that we can develop and watch lead our team for the next 10 years. I'm sick of trading off old QB's year after year and not knowing which it will be next.

Wow amazing or wow people be crazy? Fans love the wet noodle approach to "analyzing" the QB position. Phillip Rivers, he of the 8 total pass attempts in about 2 years...lets see if this guy sticks to the wall.
