Just how well have the Cowboys been drafting?

I wonder had the Cowboys knew they would get Collins on free agency they would have used that third round pick on Ajayi instead of Green.

The answer is no. They along with 31 other teams weren't drafting Ajayi in the 3rd round.

Yes, because what I call a good draft pick is someone who we cut and goes on to help another team.

Every team in the league cuts players who get drafted that go to other teams and helps them. That isn't something reserved to just the Cowboys.

When a team has five 7th round picks, I expect something. Particularly a team like the Cowboys who have shown the knack for finding UDFA talent over the years. You are essentially locking up some of the top names off your UDFA list. I wouldn't expect going 0 for 5.

Right now we know we're 0 for 3. We shall see on Gardner and Bishop.

Superbowl winning teams are built many ways, meanwhile keep hoping to complain.

Scouts can see talent and there can be many reasons why a guy gets cut, some good some bad. It happens guys get drafted do not live up move on and next thing you know they are in the right scheme or place at the right time

We are getting more talented which in turn makes it harder for players to make it. Bishop worked his way off the practice squad and played a good amount of snaps late in the year. That is what ur looking for in these late pics. Gardner is a wait and see. I feel good about him making it but it is going to be awful close.

Yes and those selections were bad picks. If a draft pick doesn't help you, it's a bad decision.

I know as of right now BW is penciled in as one starting corner for the Squeelers, if that means anything.

Really? Wow.

I still remember watching the coverage drills at the 2013 Senior Bowl practices. Wilcox (a Safety) was straight up better in 1-on-1 coverage than CB Webb against the same receivers. I was shocked the Cowboys drafted Webb in the 4th.

in 2013, I would have been ok with us taking Randle in the 4th and Micah Hyde in the 5th.....

We've gotten nothing so far from those five 7th round picks.

That's pretty good.

We got one of the guys ( along with Kendal Boatswain ) who is gonna keep Hardy from ever taking a snap.

I could even see Lawrence on the bubble
