Just realized that our loss on Thanksgiving really was a bad one because..

The Eagles, Lions, and Seahawks all have remaining schedules that will allow them to win 3 out of 4 which means we have to probably win out to make the playoffs which is a huge task. Even if we go 3-1 that would still not be enough due to the eagles undefeated division record and the tie breaker we would lose with the Lions and seahawks. So I say all this to say it's not looking good at this point

The Lions have a easy schedule.........bears, bucs, vikings, and packers.......11-5

The Seahawks have a easy schedule..........eagles, niners at home, at arizona, rams at home.....11-5

The Eagles have a easy schedule............seahawks, cowboys, giants, skins..............11-5 at the worst

See how we have to finish 12-4 in order to get in? We need the Eagles to lose 3 games and need seattle and detroit to lose 2 games. So we have to win out. smh

Somehow I think the Giants & Commanders will make their Eagles game their Super Bowl. No, not to help us, just to end the season having beaten an arch rival...

Yep, that was earlier in the season when they still had a shot, I'm pretty sure that they will lay down for the eagles, and play the Cowboys like it's a playoff game.

You do know that big rivalries exist outside of the ones that involve Dallas. Every damn NFC East team hates the others.

Yea I agree to an extent, but I think all 3 of those other teams look at Dallas a little different.

Here are my best guesses.

GB- The hottest team in football and likely to win their division and get the top seed.

Seahags- Should win their division. They are playing really well and should win their next 3-4 games. That puts them at 11-5 and in position to get the 2nd seed

Philly- They are a stronger team than us right now and proved it on Thanksgiving. Philly gets 3rd seed but could potentially get 2nd seed as well.

New Orleans- They get the 4th seed by sucking less than the others in their division.

Teams fighting for a wild card. Arizona, Dallas, Detroit, and SF.

Arizona loses the last 3-4 and ends up 10-6 and out of the playoffs

SF loses a minimum of 1 more game(In Seattle) if not more and they get eliminated.

Wild card 1 Detroit is going to get the first spot due to having a soft schedule. Only other game they will lose is the last game of the season against GB in GB. That game will be for the division.

Wild card 2 Dallas if they take care of business. They probably need to win 3 out of their next 4 to finish at 11-5, If they don't, Arizona will likely get the 2nd wild card spot.

How is playing the Eagles, the Cardinals and the 49ers an easy schedule?

Color me confused.

Maybe the Cardinals are junk and have been doing it with smoke and mirrors all season? I mean we were a drive away from winning that game with Weeden. That tells you all you need to know.

49ers are nothing to write home about either.

Well if we go 11-5 and don't make the playoffs, (which would mean 3 of the last 4 games won), I simply will not fault the team at all. That would be just incredibly bad luck that only happened once in NFL history.

You can't get mad at your team which was 8-8 every year improving to 11 wins.

I'll just be mad at Weeden lol

First off relax... teams are going to lose games that shouldn't... its that simple, not everyone is going to go 11-5.

The Eagles, Niners, Cards and Rams are NOT easy!

I could see the Lions losing to the Bears Vikes and Packers.

I could see the eagles losing 3 of 4 there to!

Relax, let them play the games!

The Lions needed a miracle to beat the Falcons in London(Falcons are terrible this year)

Lets just beat the Bears and see what happens on Sunday.
Then with ten days rest, no reason to not settle a score with the Sheagles.
If we loose to the Bears, all bets are off.

I think we beat CHI and Indy, lose to the Egals and who knows against Wash. That game will decide the playoffs(and 11 wins) for us IMO. Colt McCoy will not beat us again, it would have to be a meltdown on our part to lose............and that is a high probability :(
