Just speculating... Is Garrett on Boy Snyder's radar for coach next year?

Say Zorn gets fired at the end of this year (likely probability). What are the chances of Snyderbrenner going after Garrett?

Personally, I'm not a fan of Garrett and would like to see him go(not particularly to Washington, though). Little Snyderbrenner did it before with Norv Turner. That sure would elevate the rivalry even more.

Also, Keep an eye on that University of Miami OC. I think he is doing a good job. I think he was with the Steelers for a while. Is his name Wipple or something? I wouldn't mind having him here as OC (if Garrett leaves).

Please go and we'll see Garrett average 100 yards on offense, because Romo won't bebuying time with his feet and making things happen, when Garrett's passing game is figured out.

I agree, what intrigues me the most though about Garrett is his closeness to the Jones family.Garrett may be granted more leeway than an outsider, plus I think he can relate to the players of today better. It seems that both Wade and Parcells had/have a hard time relating to this team.

And this team has already called out Garrett many times. Players have more respect for Wade than they do Garrett. Hell, Brooking is here because of Wade. Our special teams coach is here because of Wade. If it weren't for Garrett, Dan reeves would have been here.

I guess I'm just stupid.

Given that there would be dancing in the streets if Garrett were gone to be replaced by Turner, I have just one question: when was the last time Turnr coordinated a team that is #2 in yards per game?

Dallas is behind only New Orleans in this regard. Not bad for being incompetant. Makes me wonder what all the other OC's in the league are. When was the last time Turner had an offense ranked this high?

Given Turner's continual failures since he left Dallas, I wonder how he keeps a job.

No doubt Garrett tends to outguess himself at times. That is frustrating. He is still learning to understand the feel for the game, the rhythm, if you wish. But when I look around the league, there aren't that many I would turn the keys to the offense to. Sean Payton certainly.

Stats aren't everything, but they are an indicator of something. And Garretts stats, despite his sometimes maddening impulses, are better than the vast majority of guys out there.

I'd much rather keep Garrett than bring in a guy who hasn't done a thing in one-and-a-half decades.

Fire away.

This team is middle of the pack on red-zone offense and Garrett is not even close to Norv.

And how do you know this?

It's kind of a "when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor" moment form Animal House. Just ignore it when he's on a roll.

I see.

Frank Burns (Larry Linville?) used that same line in an episode of MASH also.

Well, considering Romo and Roy Williams made it a point to blame Garrett after last year's debacle, but not Wade is a telling sign. Dan Reeves is a close friend of Wade, not Garrett and he was brought in to examine the running game.

Half the fans have already revolted it appears. What was the attendance Sunday? Nevermind. the reported attendance probably won't tell the story. I heard a good bit of the stadium was empty.

The announced attendance was 79,000. But I was there, and it was more like 60,000. Monday is going to be a complete clusterfudge. Many Skins fans have purposefully sold their tickets to Eagles fans to try to embarrass Snyder. Others have probably done so without knowing. Others will simply not show up. And the remaining season ticket holders, like me, will go just to chant "sell the team" at Snyder.

Post of the day.

I'm sorry, that's just sweet as hell.

I hope he hasn't done anything by the time we come in December and it is a 90% Cowboys crowd. I would die laughing. Of course, I'm already supposed to be going to that game, but it appears a Skins fan is welching on our bet.
