Anyone ever deal with herniated discs? I've got 3 with some nerve damage....I see a neurosurgeon next week.....
My mom had spinal surgery to fuse a couple of discs together in the mid 80's. That fusion is still going strong and never gives her issues and they've only progressed from there. You're going to be fine, brother. It's the nerve damage that might be lasting, but they're even getting better at developing stuff for that too. Hang in there.

Thanks, the nerve issue is mostly due to inflammation....I'm hoping I don't need surgery, yet... it's not very painful, just bothersome with the pins and needles effect in my left hand and foot. Thanks for the kinds words.

Or Panda Express anywhere really. There’s always a good mom and pop Chinese or Asian joint no matter where you go.
There’s some nasty BBQ chains too in states that are known for their homemade BBQ.
Hey..............I love Panda Express.
