Just two practices left in Oxnard

They are supposed to be featured on NFLN today, I think at 1:00 CST. Or be one of the teams featured.

Break camp tomorrow.
When they get back to Frisco, most practices will be closed to the public. I think they plan to have 4 open to the public. One for when they get back the 1st practice.
Some practices will probably have a media portion, then they will be kicked out. That is when they install the real stuff.

They used to have one open practice at the stadium. I have not seen if they will do that this year or not. I will go if they do. That is a 15 minute drive as opposed to Frisco about 45 minutes. I would go to one there, but not if outdoors.

10-day forecast for Frisco is for the highs to be in the low to mid 90s.
Appears a heat advisory will be in effect for North central Texas throughout next week. Doubt there will be many (if any) practices outdoors.

Just two practices left in Oxnard. Today will be open and Thursday closed. Friday they play the Cards and then fly home to Dallas.
If they practice today and tomorrow and play Friday, when is their travel day? I bet that closed practice you speak of is not much of a practice.

I was thinking the closed practice was a walk through for Friday's game against the Cards. Walk throughs are definitely a light practice. IIRC their first practice in Frisco is Aug 16th.

The Falcons had their first open practice at their Stadium last Saturday. They will have 5 more at their facility in Flowery Branch.

How many total padded practices did they have? Somebody beam ne back to the "old millennium "

All true. But I'm still wondering when they travel to Arizona? It's a late-game(kickoff at 9pm central) on Friday so maybe they travel the same day they play. Or do they do the walkthrough practice and then travel that evening?
