As far as I know is that only Mike Nolan and Jack Del Rio have permission to wear the suit each twice this season. They're "test driving" it.

So if Parcells is going to wear it, he'll probably have to wait for next season.

It'd be sweet to see him wear it on Thanksgiving, though. It's the ultimate, classy throwback.
