I'm a Parham guy, have been for months. We will have some heated compitition come camp time, I would take Parham over Shanle everyday and twice on Sundays!

I train really hard and after my knee surgery my speed dropped from 4.7 to right around 5.0 its no easy feat.

I guarantee you I can break 5.0 ....9000 pound lineman break 5.0.
