Keith Brooking: "We weren't as dominant as the score indicated."

This is him being a leader. I love that he isn't letting the D get a big head. They need to believe they have to play all out to win the game.

I have to give Ratliff credit for that one. If he was not in the backfield so quickly, something only Ratliff can do on a consistent basis, we would not have recovered. So we TOOK that ball from them based on our own ability.

Whats the matter with you Theo? Didnt you get the memo that we only made plays because the Eagles let us? They were holding stuff back for this week. They purposely fumbled the ball in that situation to hide what they might do today. I bet Reid said after watching that play on film "great job guys, now they think we'll fumble that ball just like that every time"

And Dallas shot themselves in the foot as well. Two big gainers by Jones were called back, and of course the missed FG.

Indeedy!

I'll take Brooking's word for it, that the game was a lot closer than the score indicated. It felt that way watching it until the 3rd quarter when the fight seemed to go out of the Eagle offense. I'm glad that our defense doesn't feel confident - can't assume Mcnabb is going to have another off day.

In all reality, we probably should've won 34-17, but it still would've been a blowout.

When our offense racks up 474 yards and only scored 24 points, that's not a grade A performance either, so Im not giving Philly a pass.

On Werder's little report this morning, he said that Keith Brooking said we weren't as dominant as the score indicated last Sunday, and that the team spent additional time watching film including film of Michael Vick.

Not as dominant as the 24-0 score indicated?

I LOVE IT.

Yes. I caught that too. Sweetness!
