I know that's why the didn't, but it didn't take long looking at Matt Cassel shooting out turnovers like a pez dispenser to realize he couldn't save the season. If Moore showed them enough in practice to get a shot, that's when you make the switch. Because if he couldn't outperform 2015 Cassel, there zero point in having him on the team.
