Practice Squad

I think because he was only active for 5 or 6 games, he didn't complete a "full season" (6 games) under the PS rules, so he could still be eligible for the practice squad.

I think...not 100% but they have room on the PS now. He's in his 6th season, so I think he goes straight to FA and doesn't have to wait to clear waivers, but I'm sure he'll wait to see if anybody calls offering a backup job.

He's right around Ryan Leaf/Chad Hutchinson bad. That Buffalo start a few years back was pretty awful, unless you were a Buffalo DB, then it was pretty awesome.
