As far as I can see hiring Kellen Moore would be a mistake. I could be wrong but from what I've seen the guy has absolutely no fire in him..it's hard for me to see him motivating anyone..he just stands there on the sidelines with no emotion or very little excitement kinda like Garrett..we need a firey coach like Campbell. Your thoughts?

Do you remember Tom Landry?, This is your job just do it. If I have to motivate you, you’re out.

You know most head coaches are not like that anymore and by the way most professionals the players the millionaires they don't take too kindly to be shown up or spit on while being yelled at, that is not the way most coaches are across any platform, high school, college, pros... there's some coaches that can do it a different way they use psychology they use respect they can come up with better ways than screaming and yelling at people.. That used to work back in the day but players now with contracts that can't be broken without big time penalties are not putting up with that crap this is a different age now.

So, Dan Campbell is an anomaly there aren't very many of him in the NFL but there are plenty of teams that are winning with coaches that don't do that I don't see it I don't see coaches throwing things and kicking bottles of water over and slamming things and chucking things and spitting on people while they're yelling in their face I literally do not see that very often anymore on any level...

Mike McCarthy won a lot of games here without doing that and until recently with him breaking the IPad or whatever they use the Microsoft tablet and that's only because he knew the writing was on the wall it was pretty much over... he didn't show much emotions either and he won a lot of games in a three-year span here he's won Super Bowls you don't need to be screaming and yelling at people to get your point across it just because it works with the lions doesnt mean it's gonna work everywhere else..

So as much as you don't like Moore and I'm not promoting him, I'm not making decision, Jerry is, there aren't very many people on this list including Bill Belichick who are going to be Dan Campbell, Bill Belichick was pretty complacent like whenever the cameras were on him he literally didn't like talking, he didn't like interviews, he might have shown some disgust by facial expressions, but he wasn't the old hard nose screaming your face try to show a player up... I mean list all those in the NFL because I don't see very many of them show me, I mean you mentioned 1 of 32 teams that have a coach like that.

A good coach doesn't necessarily need to throw clipboards around and scream at someone every time a mistake is made. Mr. Landry would disagree with your suggestion. Also not every player responds to screaming and yelling, some do and some don't. How do you know the reactions of our guys? Guys like Parcells could throw a fit cause he had SB rings and had the respect. Just sayiin'

I would NOT support a Kellen Moore Headcoaching hire in Dallas...I just don't think he's headcoaching material.
And just because he's being interviewed doesn't mean he's getting the job and by the way I bet he has more than one interview but you have to go through a process and a lot of these interviews those like the owner in GM sitting in on these interviews and listening to what the answers are to a lot of questions they're going to ask they can use that for future reference even if they don't make the hire lot of information they can get from potential applicants can help them in their search and help them use some of that information to better the team you know data collecting on ideas about what direction they should go in with schemes and whatnot..

I love it when the fan base says they're not on board they don't support it they're not going to be happy but like many saying here what exactly are you going to do about it tell us how much you hate the idea but what you're going to watch the games anyway.....

We have no choice in the matter we just got to hope that if Moore does become the head coach, here then he has a great staff, maybe he's learned something since he's been here last...

Tont Dungy was well respected coach in the NFL and he was a complete opposite of a clipboard tower he was way more like Tom Landry in that way and somewhere most of the coaches this guy like I said my reply already said it all he thinks there's a bunch of Dan Campbells in the NFL and they're not and that's not going to work on most teams the dynamic most teams are not going to allow men to be yelled at like children I mean most of them don't put up with the crap sometimes you might strike gold and have a team assembled that works well from that standpoint but most coaches do not do that in the NFL...

And that goes for anyone that thinks there's any head coach in the NFL that has the power to bench millionaires and to try to make a statement by cutting a millionaire cutting a star cutting a superstar this is a different NFL this is not college or high school where you can demote somebody to make a point and you have somebody else almost an equal talent sitting there waiting these are millionaires with contracts and the old way of coaching does not work anymore the old way of running teams where you just make a example out of somebody that doesn't fly I don't care how hard knows the coaches you're not cutting one of your better players making the most money on your team just to make a point...

That was a different era. These kids won't respect a dorky mouth-breather.
You can’t push them around, they won’t stand for it. Just be professional you don’t have to be a motivator, Kellen Moore would be a perfect head coach. He hasn’t been scrutinized yet.
