Kellen Moore Has No Fire!

My prediction is Kellen Moore will be the next HC.
It sickens me to type that.

As far as I can see hiring Kellen Moore would be a mistake. I could be wrong but from what I've seen the guy has absolutely no fire in him..it's hard for me to see him motivating anyone..he just stands there on the sidelines with no emotion or very little excitement kinda like Garrett..we need a firey coach like Campbell. Your thoughts?

Am I missing something? Who said anything about yelling? Maybe someone did.
Anyways, this team needs a coach who is in full control, who will hold players accountable, make players practice as hard as they are expected to play, and yes having some kind of a voice.
I see nothing in Kellen Moore, nice kid but nothing that says head coach material.

I think Kellen lacks the emotional intensity and assertiveness that a good HCs needs to motivate his players. He's really ill-suited for the Cowboys.

He's no Jimmy Johnson, by a longshot. He's at his best being an OC for an extremely talented organization. Sorry, but the Eagles are his best bet.

I agree to an extent. I think Bill is getting too old. But Brady doesn't win all those super bowls anywhere else. Coaching/GM/gameplan matters. Rodgers is every bit as good and he's only been to 1 SB. So coaching does matter. I just think it was the perfect storm.

Y’all old timers are obsessed with coaches who do a lot of yelling. This isn’t high school.

I’ve have coached for years you must have discipline, I took over a losing program made it a success . I’m not a miracle worker all I did is install Discipline ! Yes I got on them hard sometimes but it payed off they respected me ! Sometimes you got to get in their grill !
