Kellen Moore Has No Fire!

He is barely OC material.

Go look at his numbers since he left Dallas.

Barkley and the OL in Philly are why the offense is ranked 8th overall. Their passing numbers are 28th in the league.
Couldn't have said it better!!

Y’all old timers are obsessed with coaches who do a lot of yelling. This isn’t high school.
I don't need that guy but I don't want a complete push over either. Sean McVey doesn't strike me as a yeller but he holds his players accountable.

A good coach doesn't necessarily need to throw clipboards around and scream at someone every time a mistake is made. Mr. Landry would disagree with your suggestion. Also not every player responds to screaming and yelling, some do and some don't. How do you know the reactions of our guys? Guys like Parcells could throw a fit cause he had SB rings and had the respect. Just sayiin'
Landry did scream at players all the time. He just didn't do it publicly, but there are stories about what a serious guy he was when it came to practice and games.

Did McCarthy have fire?

If so, how much fire did he have?

What is the minimum amount of fire must a coach have to be successful on the NFL?

I thought he was unfairly maligned during his OC stint in Dallas, but Kellen Moore in no way possesses the tools required of a HC. He's a coordinator, that's it.

He knows enough not to upstage his head coach. The two bozos you pictured above Moore were head coaches when the league was much different. The rules aren’t even the same anymore. Their act wouldn’t play for one season in a contemporary NFL locker room.
Yes it would. You've been Jerried.

Yeah, what do we know. It's only been 30 years...

I guess drill sergeants shouldn't yell either because old guys have seen that work.

He's gonna help our young promising QB get over that playoff hump....

Do you remember Tom Landry?, This is your job just do it. If I have to motivate you, you’re out.
It is not about motivation, it’s about drive. While I agree with your statement, I think the word used is misplaced.

Kellen Moore would be a huge mistake imo. More camp cupcake puppet show.

It's not 'fire' he needs but a backbone to stand up to players and the media when things aren't going well. Maybe he's got one, we'll see, but the goofy looking guy we saw sitting on the sidelines for years certainly didn't inspire any confidence.

Am I missing something? Who said anything about yelling? Maybe someone did.
Anyways, this team needs a coach who is in full control, who will hold players accountable, make players practice as hard as they are expected to play, and yes having some kind of a voice.
I see nothing in Kellen Moore, nice kid but nothing that says head coach material.

That’s exactly what you’re supposed to do. Make your quarterback comfortable.
Exactly. It doesn't matter if the other 89 players don't respect him or take him seriously as a HC, as long as Dak is happy, it'd be a solid hire.

As far as I can see hiring Kellen Moore would be a mistake. I could be wrong but from what I've seen the guy has absolutely no fire in him..it's hard for me to see him motivating anyone..he just stands there on the sidelines with no emotion or very little excitement kinda like Garrett..we need a firey coach like Campbell. Your thoughts?
Kellen Moore would be Jason Garrett 2.0
