Chargers have a more talented defense, but they never seem to play like it. That could be where the difference comes in, even if Moore marginally improves the offense.
Herbert did play most of the year without his top 2 WR's at the same time.

No it doesn’t. The same GMs had Mitch Tribusky over Mahomes. Doesn’t make them smart lol. At the end of the day Staley is probably in his last year and needs a yes man and Moore was a good pick. These same GMs won’t hire him as a head coach….

These GM's have gotten to see Moore coach at the NFL level for several years now. I am probably stating the obvious, but it has got to be a lot harder to project how a QB is going to transition to the NFL than for an offensive coordinator to move from one NFL franchise to another.

Welp, Kellen landed on his feet and has a great opportunity in front of him with that QB, WRs, RB and LT.

This makes for a subplot to the Cowboys offense everyone will be watching.
