Kellen joins a long list of coaches fired by Jerry. McCarthy will be gone next year. Dak will still be QB. One common denominator in all of this cowboy success…..Jerry.
Jerry likes firing people with not even a 1/4 of the failure he's had at his position.

Good...the dominoes will start to fall in the next 2 years. The beginning of the end of the Dak Era is finally here

I have no problem with Moore going, I think it may be for the best. But I keep hearing that opposing defenders saying they knew what play was coming next, but somehow they still couldn't stop it, even with mediocre players running them. What does that say about them.
I'm not directing this at you.

Well when you lose to teams like Washington and Jacksonville, what does that say about our play calling.

Again, we won most games INSPITE of Moore, just because of talent alone. Moore goes to an average team, his offense won't produce more than 4 wins.

Well for 1, we were one of the top offenses with Kellen

2. Averaging as many points as we did will not be easy. We were #1 in points in 2021 and 4th in 2022.

3. Dak in a wco might be comedy. There is a reason he wanted to stay with Kellens offense once McCarthy came on board
Being the number one offense netted jack, for this team.

I don't know WHY MM didn't take over this season, at some poinf, if Kellen was struggling. This makes no sense. Why waste a season? The playoffs?
Sometimes you have to let the struggling one fail so you can make change…

Yep, I thought about it and the reality is this most likely spells the end of Dak. Whatever Jerry has done has been to create continuity for this mediocre QB and after giving Moore a big pay raise to retain him and then letting him go, Jerry probably is just going to play everything out and let it all die and go in a completely different direction offensively.

Jerry flat out said the advantage they thought had against the 49ers was the QB.

Garrett’s play calling was completely different from Moore’s, just like Linehan’s was. Coming from the same offensive philosophy, such as Coryell, doesn’t meant you call plays the same. They also started implementing more of Erhardt/Perkins when Callahan took over play calling which carried over with Linehan and to Moore, meaning they would hike the ball much sooner, which is why you’d see Dak at the line multiple times with at least 13 seconds to snap.

Anybody that says they were alike is pretty much a Dak zealot looking for excuses for their sucky QB.

Garrett when he was calling plays here was using the Houck blocking schemes, not the zone blocking schemes that were introduced by Callahan for example.
