Kellen Moore

QB coach is one of the most important coaching positions on the team because QB is the most important position on the team. Romo mentioned that his first QB coach, David Lee, had a huge influence on his development.

Lett had to go though several years of coaching as an assistant before becoming the DT coach. Columbo is still only an assistant OL coach after few years of coaching.

So how the heck did we give the QB coaching job to someone who had zero years of experience as a coach period? It's mind boggling.
 
It's sad that guys like Dak, Rush and White won't be able to maximize their potential because of these 'buddy hires'. No offense to Kellen. I'm sure he will be a fine QB coach in time, but he absolutely should NOT be the guy tasked with developing our QBs especially when all 3 of them are very young. He needs to float around the league more picking up experience as an assistant first, and not be learning on the job.
 
what is garrett thinking?! how can he put kellen moore as HC?!

moore neeeds coaching experience before he 'coaches' an NFL offense.

Byron leftwhich is the cardinals QB coach... He is probably teaching them the slow release. A QB coach doesnt need to be a good QB to teach fundamentals. Rush and white are also playing behind an oline with serious holes. Let's wait until they at least have to step in with the number ones to judge them.

There is a serious problem on offense with the staff, and you can see the start contrast in comparison to the defense. You can see the tangible improvement on the defense with Richard's hire. The offense is a country club as has already been mentioned.

The JG hiring process upgraded.....hire with no kind of coaching experience, at all, now. Pop warner must count now.
 
It's funny we can always blame the coaching, but because they are Cowboys it can never be a talent deficient problem, give me a break, we have never been that good lately and won't be this upcoming year.

A talent deficient program should get you a few years leniency. For Garrett that got him to the 2014 team where it looked like our process was working. 3 years later and 0 more playoff wins, talent deficiency should not be an acceptable excuse for a coaching staff. They have had more than enough time to acquire talent they can be held accountable for.

Well,ya know ITALIA9-0,,,once the levee breaks, you'll play hopping hell on one leg in filling enough sandbags to stop that lowland flood of nationally televised disaster from being witnessedo_O


* the " take away/ give it away,now" game buried our boys,,,the 'choke' went from bad to worse in the blatant deluge of highly keyed up/ jittery/pressured to produce players we fielded, as once the levee breaks,,,it continues to erode the structural integrityo_O
 
Now we've got 3 young QBs in need of development, and Rudy as their coach

MIKE WHITE is better than Rush,clearly. We need a vet QB behind Dak. We have no one that can help the team win if he gets hurt.
