No it isn't, preseason is to continue development of young guys. Put him in with the starters and then evaluate him. Him playing with other guys learning doesn't give a good evaluation of a player.

Its seems there are a lot of fans that dont understand how Oline play affects the QB and the offense.

We have already established how horrid the backup Olineman are on this team. Two Oline starters played in the Arizona game and Zeke was out.

All of a sudden the RB's stink, the QB's stink, ect....ect..... And they were going up against the first line defense of Arizona. If anyone expected anything different then EXACTLY what happened then they are kidding themselves.
 
With these coaching staff decisions ... why not put Johnny Manziel to give discipline talks ...

Those who can't do teach, right ?

So putting a player with equally talented and similar playing experience isnf a adequate way of judging them?

Bro this isn’t baseball with a minor league and a long season to “play with the starters” you either get them there or not

Cmon bro we had such bad coaching we just discovered how good Byron is at corner after being forced to play safety
 
I find it hilarious that Dak's coach is a guy he beat out his rookie year and is only a coach because he had zero chance to make it in this league. And he has zero experience as a coach. This is a Cowboys hire if there ever was one. Not as bad as making and keeping Garrett the head coach, though.

You can't really blame Kellen can you? I bet he is nothing more than a puppet to whatever Garrett wants done. Same with Garrett. He is a puppet to Jerry. Both are under-experienced, under-qualified and good at tipping Jerry's glasses cleaner boy in making sure every time they make a gaffe or need to hide their lack of coaching acumen, that (Jerry) is given scotch and too drunk to even remember anything.
 
It's a bit scary to consider how long Kellen Moore might last, knowing how long Wade Wilson did. :omg:
 
Shame of all of this is that we finally look like we might have a D that can be competitive. Something Romo longed for, and never had......

He might be biased but, so far Moore has done nothing to deter the analysis and comments. Looks like a pure nepotism hire by the OC Linehan.

No it isn't when you're vanilla, possibly playing against starters( as in Sunday night), also in preseason when you have different agendas by different teams. You get a glimpse of a player, to determine if he's got enough talent worth working with.
As far as Jones, they knew he was good at CB, they had Carr, Scandrick, Claiborne and felt Jones was versatile enough to play safety. they had a need at safety and someone to matchup with TEs, something he was good at. They were being cheap, not on the coach. Get out of here with that made up junk.

lol, Rush was an UDFA and White was drafted in the 5'th round. What were you expecting, Tom Brady? White was decent against Arizona. Le't's give them both a little time to develop. Moore? Let's give him a little time too
 
Like it or not, Rush will be #2 and White to PS. If Dak goes down? Bend over and kiss the season good bye. Haven't all of us had enough of veteran QB fill ins who reached their potential several years ago. And we aren't trading for Teddy Bridgewater.
