Kelvin Joseph has been unimpressive

There's nothing wrong with Kelvin Joseph.

Now Nahshon Wright? Yeah, he sucks.
I don’t think either sucks
Joseph is playing like most rookies play
Wright is extremely raw and needs some time to develop
I don’t think the staff really expecteither to be startingthis year
And based on the roster moves It’s obvious
They will get reps and learn

That, and, as stated, I fully expect that they kept Brown around for the very fact he's a rookie and doesn't have much experience. He'll probably get a chance, along with Wright, to rotate and see more playing time as he develops.
I agree. People are having a tough time seeing where Brown and Lewis fit....i'm calling it now Diggs, Brown, Lewis and Cannady will all see time before Joseph and Wright does to start the season. I don't know if that's how it ends.....but that's how it will start.

Knowing how raw Wright was i'm actually impressed with him. I see his potential.

You mean like Diggs last year?
Diggs came out fighting from Day 1. Sure, he got beat at times, but other times he made big plays. Also, Diggs improved as the season went along.

Yes, it's still way too early to judge Joseph, but he's not off to a good start so far, and he possibly might not do much this year if that groin injury ends up becoming a season long affecting injury.

You've been proven right about nothing unless he gets cut this offseason. Why? Because you had a 3rd round grade on a guy most people had in the 2-3rd round?
Proven right so far compared to several of his rookie teammates. That's a fact. Too bad you can't deal with it.

He has been really unimpressive in the preseason games. Hopefully he can improve but so far he looks pretty bad for a 2nd round pick.

I watch a ton of SEC football and I had no idea who he was until the mock drafts started rolling in. He was not impactful at all at UK or in the SEC. Not sure what the hell we are expecting from him. Seems to be a classic case of a guy overdrafted b/c of his workout numbers rather than his play on the field...... a typical GM Jerry era pick.

Lol @ this thread.

With Rookies I’d wait at least until Thanksgiving before proclaiming they suck.

They’ve been in training camp for a month. These dudes are worn out and ready for a break before the season starts. On top of that they are learning something new and going against guys at the highest level.

At least wait until November.
Lol I was going to say. The guy hasn’t even played an actual meaningful game yet.

So tired of drafting projects in the 2nd round when the rest of the league is finding starters.

Every year they pencil in positions to be taken in specific rounds regardless of who's on the board and it never works out, because it's a stupid thing to do in the first place.

Might be Thanksgiving before homers start saying we can possibly make the playoffs if we win out and some other team loses out, then says not to worry we will address all the weaknesses in the draft and 2022 will definitely be our year.

But wouldn't you expect a guy drafted in his spot with all these amazing physical attributes to at least stand out against scrubs?
I would hope but not every guy transitions to the nfl that quickly. Hopefully when the games meaningful his play changes as the season goes on. The other second rounded needs to take the next leap too.
