I think we need to understand this was an ota practice, where some veterans were unavailable. Joseph probably just filling in. Let’s wait to see where he is at camp

can we stop the size nonsense. all over here with others now KJ too short top play safety..

Tyrann Mathieu
Height:5 ft 9 in (1.75 m)
Weight:190 lb (86 kg)

some have KJ listed at 6' 1", 192 lbs some 5'11 192

Earl Thomas III (Deuce)

Position
: DB

5-10, 202lb (178cm, 91kg)

James Eric Berry (The Fifth Dimension)

Position
: DB

6-0, 212lb (183cm, 96kg)
Q doesn't care about the size metrics as much as he emphasizes man play, shutting down your assignment, in regards to back 7.

We've got two starting outside CBs *well* ahead of him.
If he wants to play significant snaps, he needs to find a different role to compete for.

A possible fit would be the role Byron played, shadowing a TE (or large WR). An all athleticism, low complexity role. Joseph has even got similar size, shape, and speed.

The way he plays special teams, Quinn wants to see what he can do at S. That's what your supposed to do in May

To learn another position, you first must learn the position that you were drafted for. What’s the old saying “Jack of all trades and a master of none”.

Oh FFS. Seriously dude. You really need assistance with your reading comprehension.

The quote: "He is built for FS"
My response: "He is? At 5'11"?"
Your comment: "you literally listed his size as if it wasn't fit to be safety"

What I said doesn't at all say he isn't fit to be a safety. It says he isn't built to be a safety as in doesn't have the ideal size. Have you ever heard the term "built to be something?". Perhaps that is the issue. I can't explain it to you any clearer. If you don't understand it, I just have to give up as I usually do with most of your comments.
again IDC

you left it open for interpretation.
don't just use fragmented incomplete sentences to make an argument. next

LSU wanted him to play safety. But nobody saw him play safety at OTA's. He was doing drills with the safeties and he played 2nd team slot on 7 on 7. Lewis is still out.
correct, the real news is hes on the Nickle team now. not at S but why not at least take few S snaps for position flex but NO the zoners will chime in and make judgment with no evidence.. :))

Speaking of the Honey Badger, he's the player I thought of when I hear KJ was playing some Safety and Slot CB. Adding more positions to Joseph plate is a good thing because he's not breaking into the outside CB lineup with Diggs n Gilly.

This is good coaching, moving Izzy around has been beneficial, so maybe KJ can give the team something at S/SCB as a backup and STs guy.

KJ was just a bad pick…especially in the second round. What GM would even entertain burning a premium draft pick by selecting a raw, inexperienced, undisciplined football player…oh wait…never mind…we’re talking Jerry Jones here!
So are you gonna give Jerry credit for all the great picks too?
