Ken Dorsey expected to be added to staff

Carter versus Mazi.... All you need to know....
Carter is a generational talent but also look at the talent the Eagles put around Jalen. Mazi would look better if he was with all those Eagles defensive linemen. Then again imagine Carter and Parsons on the same defensive line.

That's probably it with Dorsey as your QB Coach. The staff is complete.

Grade it. I go A+.

Now we turn our attention to all our free agent additions.

Some would suggest that's b/c McDermott wasn't going to be fired, and Allen wasn't going to stop turning the ball over that year... so someone had to be the fans' sacrificial lamb.

Truth be told, he likely got the same raw deal in CLE... if not worse.
I think it's fair to wipe his Cleveland experience away. Same with Schotty in Jax. No coach could've done well under those conditions.

That said, I am curious about what went wrong in Buffalo.

Why not focus on what will go right here? Why always be negative? Is it a mental illness?

They did say he was a good QB coach for Allen. Not a good OC.
He worked a lot with their run game and the 2 years he was there they had a good run game. If anything positive can come out of last season, maybe Jerry learned you have to have an effective run game

That 2001 Miami team he was on had so much talent they would have gone 8-4 even if their offense didn't score a touchdown.
