He was QB coach in Carolina when Cam Newton won the MVP in 2015 and when the Panthers went to the Super Bowl. He also held the same role in Buffalo during Josh Allen's development.

Bad OC. Good QB Coach

To be honest, I don’t really know the impact and value of a QB coach outside mechanics, meaning at this stage of the game, year 10 for Dak, I don’t think it’s much. For a rookie and young QB, definitely. I am optimistic about the OL coach though..

Martin was/is a has been. Watch Jerry resign him. We had O'Cyrus Torrence staring us in the face in round 2 and drafted Schoonmaker. Then Martin bends Jerry over a barrel.
