His time isn't that surprising if you watched him. He busted out a lot of long runs. He also is patient in his reads of the defense and is a pretty good blocker to boot. Considering that everyone on the other team knew he was getting the ball, he put up incredible numbers.

DragonCowboy, to answer your question is K. Smith was a very good CB before has was injured. Before the injury he played opposite Deion Sanders. That is a hard postion to play. Because of those two factors he managed more than his fair share of PI calls.

Kevin Smith was a very good corner, but he never played with Deion prior to the Achillees injury. After Kevin Smith was hurt, Deion was signed. Kevin Smith came back and had almost every pass thrown his way, so yes he was flagged, deservedly or not, I say not, signigantly more than he should have been.
