Kevin Stefanski for HC?

You're willing to bring in a totally new HC who will undoubtedly bring in a whole new system, along with coaches, and unquestionably rebuild the whole team...which will set back the team another 3-4 years and waste Dak's, Zeke's, Jaylon's and other young players' talents while getting rid of the older players? If Garrett is able to take this team far into the playoffs, you're willing to get rid of him, start all over while setting the team back?
I think you are seriously overstating how long it takes to switch systems

I believe Kubiak has stated that he doesn't want to be a HC again. If he's happy in Minn, why would he go anywhere on a lateral move?

Stefanski might want to prove himself with another club. I don't have enough knowledge of him to know if he would be a good HC candidate.

What makes you think a new HC will set back the team?

The team is set back RIGHT NOW!

But if the team keeps on winning and reaches at least the NFC Conference Championship game, would you call that a "set back"??????????
We are not getting there, so no need to worry about it. All the playoff teams are far superior.....and far more consistent.

After 10 long, long, never ending years this team needs a serious reboot. And if you hire the right guy, it will not take long at all because there are good players on this team. They could win next year with the right hire.

But Jason Garrett will never in a million years get to or win a Super Bowl as HC. No way. No how. I have 10 years of evidence to support this.

Carrot Top just bought himself another year after the Rams win I hate to say it but I'll almost bet money on it and if we beat the Eagles you could almost write it and Stone I hope I'm wrong but this is how Jerry operates

You're delusional if you truly believe this team is not talented enough of being capable of reaching the NFC Conference Championship game.

Sounds like you have a serious case of GDS...Garrett Derangement Syndrome.

I explained it clearly in my previous post. If Garrett is able to lead this team far into the playoffs, you're still willing to replace him with a new HC who will set back this team another 3-4 years at a minimum due to a new system, new coaches, etc that will waste Dak's, Zeke's and Amari's prime years?
There is a difference in leading a team into the playoffs and leading a team through the playoffs and a coach that can do the latter is what we need. Garrett in 10 years has shown that he is not that guy.

He has to go...he's had multiple teams that should have done a lot more than a wild card win. The core of a great team is there. It's been long over due

Not a question of talent. A question of incompetent coaching.

There are several HC's in the league right who probably would have won more than one Super Bowl with this roster. But with Garrett, you can't even sniff a NFC Championship Game. And they won't this year either.

Garrett has to go for this franchise to advance. As long as Garrett is around they will remain stuck in the mud....just like they have for 10 years.

Maybe so. We don't know yet. Let's see how far they can go this year. Then make a final judgment call.

Like a few delusional posters here, Jerry was probably so impressed the team showed up for the first time this season he's ready to give Garrett a 10 year extension. I hate to say it, but I think that one game just saved Garrett's job. They could lose badly against the Eagles and skins, but this one win probably cemented Garretts job.
If they were to lose badly to the Eagles and Skins, the Rams game would be quickly forgotten. Garrett has to win the division to have any chance at all to keep his job, and may also have to win a couple of playoff games as well.

Here is another name for the HC after Garrett. Even Kirk Cousins has been so effective particularly with the play action and short passes designed on blocks.
Would rather have him as Dallas' quarterbacks coach. That's why Cousins has been so effective. Stefanski has done a complete overhaul with Cousins.

I doubt very highly Minnesota would let Stefanski walk after the turnaround he's done in only one season as their OC.

I prefer a strong leader of men who can command the respect of the Jones. Otherwise they will bully this man into submission and we will get another decade of JG, Campo, Wade, Gailey puppets.

Whoever we choose I just want someone who isnt just happy to be a HC and will walk the company line.

Give me a guy who will get up and walk out if not given the respect from the FO a coach needs to succeed.
It’s gonna take a guy with lots of success to gain Jerry’s trust so he leaves them alone
