Based on his capable play thus far, I would say yes.

If Moore is cut, is there a chance he's claimed?

Based on his hitting free agency and nobody being interested and him coming back to Dallas for the lowest salary they could give him, I'd say no.

What say you?

Now, if Dak gets hurt for more than the end of a game, it ought to be an open question which player you start the next week. If Rush keeps up a high level of play, or gets better, he's a guy you stash and develop and consider rolling with as QB2 next season. At that point, Dak will be a young veteran and you can get by with a developmental guy at QB2 and save the roster spot.

I'd say the same as you. Assuming Rush plays as well or better than he has so far, he's not safe to cut. Moore isn't likely to play anywhere else, since a big part of his value in Dallas is his experience in the offense and his relationship with Dak and with Linehan. But I think it's moot, because I don't think they'll cut him in Dallas.

I also think Rush is making them inclined to keep three QBs, though. Since it's not like we're log-jammed anywhere else except maybe TE. Nobody's stepping up at WR or RB or OL to make it a really tough choice on offense.

I honestly take no issues whatsoever with anything you have ever wrote. So for my part, at least, patience is unnecessary. You are welcome to say whatever the hell is on your mind in my threads at anytime even if it has absolutely nothing do with the op. :thumbup:

Problem will be the low number of reps that Rush will get once the season starts, even as we get deeper into camp.......

Rush needs to beg a p.squad receiver, maybe Rico and a coach to work late and add to rep totals any way he can, maybe even a young db wants to also work on his game--some one who missed time with a hammy :)

No, I don't. But here's my best representation:

Take the concept of Peter King's Monday Morning Quarterback article: "10 Things I Think", have it written by a guy twice as smart and funny, and have the topics be basically things of interest to people in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. That would be Sherrod's Scattershooting.
