I'm watching the replay of the game on NFLN and for everyone that complains about the Kill Kill Kill Tony used it on the play Felix scored on. :laugh2:

Drew Bledsoe used to 'kill kill kill' every third play. I don't think he knew what it meant.

He was talking to the oline. You just didn't hear the "you guys are gonna get me" part. :laugh2:

I made a post yesterday during the game but it got moved into the game day thread...

I was going to make a new one after the game but I noticed that Kitna also said the same thing but the audible was for a play action pass..

Someone was calling "Omaha" after the "kill, kill, kill" calls during the game yesterday. I couldn't ever tell if it was Romo or a defensive adjustment. Anyone else hear that?

I think the "kill, kill, kill" is for blitz pickup. It does change the play but it could be a run or pass (although it is usually a run).

Just watching the game, they used kill kill kill on a play action pass - Romo faked to Felix, threw it over the top. It was a big play IIRC.

Kitna said Kill Kill Kill and it was a pass last night.

Babe also remarked that it was an audible for a protections change.

Speaking of the NLFN replay. What a jip they cut out the first half of the TD drive. We were pinned on the 6 yard line, yet they picked up the action on the Niners 34. Why wouldnt they cut out the 2nd half if they needed to shorten it up? Oh well.

I have a dumb question.

Why do some teams like the Pats, Cowboys, or others, always use the "Kill, Kill, Kill.....Omaha, Omaha, Omaha, words like that?

Why not other words like, uh, "Butterfly, Butterfly, Butterfly". Or, Shoe, Shoe, Shoe. Or, why not numbers? "69, 69, 69:.

I bet if they used numbers it would make the defense jump like frogs!

I still can't figure how other teams don't realize this means Dallas is going to run.

The few times I noticed it watching the game today they ran a pass play each time.
