Great called game - but I would pump the brakes a bit -
Kingsbury has an absolute stud at qb - not all teams do
Kingsbury’s offense wasn’t the one intercepting Goff and others or causing fumbles and getting a pick six- Im not taking away from the offense but the d played take away when they had to as well

Kingsbury is the same guy he's always been. A great offensive coordinator - mediocre head coach. When all he has to do is gameplan and work with the offense then he's great. But when he becomes HC and has to balance all of these responsibilities and lead the locker room, he's in over his head

i think he was in play before tonight.
i'd be surprised if he wasn't.
his side of the ball played great tonight...a qb like that makes all the difference.
maybe he doesn't want to leave that.
i just know there are much better options available than to just go with jason garrett 2.0.
kingsbury is one of those options.

Dak is not making the same plays that Jayden would do with his legs under Kingsbury. Our next QB needs to have some wheels on him, that's what the new NFL is. If the QB is a statue, he needs to have elite arm talent. Dak has none of those.

Free agency should be in play as well.

Washington brought in 10 starters in free agency, and other key reserves. I'm not sure how bad it will need to get before Jerry realizes Stephen is killing this team pretending sitting out free agency is a strategy instead of what it’s actually due to, Stephen's inability to negotiate contracts with unrestricted free agents.

Culture really should be in play.
Magic Johnson, part-owner of the World Series champion LA Dodgers and NFC Championship Game appearing Washington Commanders:
“I'm just happy for all Commanders fans around the world. “The ownership group, we wanted to turn it around, led by Josh Harris, and we just are so proud of these young men for the season and now winning this playoff game. It's all about the players. Don't make this about me… It's about that team in there.”

Jerry Jones, owner and GM of an NFL team who hasn't made a NFC Championship Game for 29 years:
"So h--- no, there's nobody that could f---ing come in here and do all the contracts … and be a GM any better than I can."

"I bought it for me.’ And I didn’t buy an investment. I bought an occupation, and I bought something I was going to do."

But we all know that won't happen.

Kliff had Kyler Murray looking real MVPish one year. Kliff is a great OC. IDK how he would do as a HC with Jerry lingering around though lol

This is why I said the old Commander's standard of losing is gone.

Dirka Dirk wouldn't be able to run that offense. It requires mobility and accuracy, 2 things Dirk doesn't posses.
