You really have to look more so at what Bond did the previous season [86-1,212,9 TDs]. The QB play dropped off a bunch this season.KIPER'S RANKS
Wide receivers
1. Travis Hunter, Colorado
2. Tetairoa McMillan, Arizona
3. Luther Burden III, Missouri
4. Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State
5. Jalen Royals, Utah State
6. Isaiah Bond, Texas
7. Savion Williams, TCU
8. Elic Ayomanor, Stanford
9. Tre Harris, Ole Miss
10. Jaylin Noel, Iowa State
There is no way I'm ranking Luther Burden over Isaiah Bond. Both are 5'11 and around 180 lbs. Bond is much quicker, much faster, more explosive, is a bigger home run threat and has a much higher ypc average (16.1 Bond compared to 11.1 Burden).
Mel Kiper has always been "off".
Kiper has no real ability to evaluate players himself. He goes off of what teams tell him and they blow smoke up his butt many times.KIPER'S RANKS

Bond is very underrated IMO…you can watch every snap from 23 and he looked much better AND the QB still missed a lot of throws. You really have to look more so at what Bond did the previous season [86-1,212,9 TDs]. The QB play dropped off a bunch this season.
I am happy with either one if we get the chance.
Texas will always have superior QB play to Missouri. But Burden was given a ton more opportunities than Bond as Texas is stacked
He picks his spots for effort. Not many.
