Allen Patrick over Mike Hart? bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahah :laugh2:

Patrick probably wont even play much at Oklahoma.

Also Chad Henne will be #1 on this list by the end of the season.

Im not a michigan fan either.

Hunter Cantwell #1 JR QB? wow.

I think this could be a pretty top heavy draft. It's a good time to have two first rounders.

Today I'd say WR, RB and CB are our biggest off season needs next year. If Julius gets extended that eliminates RB. Free agency will certainly have it's impact both positively and negatively. By the April comes around, who knows what we will need. Hopefully JJ will put us in a position to be as flexible as we were this year.

Thanks for the post!

In the Jr RBs Felix Stewart should b Felix Jones.

I'm a bit surprised he left Ray Rice off the list considering he ran for 1,794 yards and 20 TDs:eek: I mean come on Mel, Brian Leonard went #52 and he gained 427 yards and 5 tds. Rice HAS to be in the top 5 underclassmen one would think.

per Todd McShay chat...

Os (Jersey): Todd, I see a lot of big name WR's who will be eligible for the draft next year. Care to rank your top 5?

Todd McShay
: I'm still watching film every day this month, so there are sever schools I have yet to properly breakdown. However, from what I know at this point, the top-five SENIOR WR's are as follows:

1) Early Doucet, LSU
2) Limas Sweed, Texas
3) Adarius Bowman, Oklahoma State
4) Keenan Burton, Kentucky
5) D.J. Hall, Alabama

With our 2nd #1 pick next year--PLEASE!

He's gonna have to have a huge year to be a #1 after his rather pedestrian performance in 2006. Besides, he's a SS in the NFL and last time i checked we gave Roy a ton of cash. If you take a S in next years draft it's kenny Phillips, who can probably play both SS and FS on the next level. He'd have to be our 2nd #1 because we are gonna go RB or WR with our #1 most likely.

This can be a good draft, if a number of Jrs come out early.

I'd love to see McFadden come out early......who knows?

He is another Terry Metcalf IMO.

Slaton probably is another Metcalf but I still cant get over how everyone was saying Bush would suck and hes another Metcalf.

I like Slaton but I wish I could see him in a different offense.

Clearly Mcfadden is the best and in my opinion Mike Hart is #2.

Didn't Jared Gaither enter the supplemental draft.

Maryland OT Jared Gaither is expected to enter the NFL's Supplemental Draft if he's not reinstated from suspension by the school.

Scout.com reports Gaither will meet with Terrapin officials this week. If he declares early, Maryland will have lost both its starting tackles, as Stephon Heyer graduated and signed as an undrafted free agent with the Commanders.

It seems like a pretty decent draft for Olinemen. The closest thing w/ have to a stud olinemen we have is Adams and there's a pretty good chance he won't return after this season. So w/ the first pick (in the event McFadden's already gone by the time we draft) I hope we can trade down a couple of slots and pick up Ol and move up a few slots w/ our 2nd 1st to nab Slaton. I think Slaton can be a star just as we don't expect him to carry the ball 25 times.

Simeon Castille was the undisputed best cornerback in the SEC last year as a junior. He will be a first round pick out of Alabama. He is better cornerback than Aaron Ross right now. The fact that he isn't listed in the top five is a joke. He will be an All-American under Saben. Mark my words, and I am not an Alabama fan.
