Kitna 129.6 Rating

Back when Jimmy Johnson first made the playoffs Aikman was hurt. Burlein replaced him and played really well. Troy got healthy and they put him back in for the playoff game I think against the lions and he was too rusty and we lost. I always thought we should have stayed with the hot hand.

Beuerlein started that game against the Lions and pretty much stunk. He threw a pick-six, and we were behind 17-6 before Aikman came in just before halftime.

Good memory.

He played with Rudi Johnson, Ocho, TJ and Chris Henry though didn't he? Back when Rudi was actually good.

He actually put up good numbers when playing with the Bengals too.

I was there. I went to both games in Detroit that year -- the 34-10 loss in the regular season and the 38-6 loss in the playoffs. So, I especially enjoyed going to the game in Detroit the next season, when we won 37-3.

I really dont care how good he's playing if we are mathematically eliminated. We need to see what we got in Mcgee and the rest of the young guys on the bench.. But since Garrett is fighting for a job I doubt it will happen...

Sounds like some sweet revenge. When I looked the game up, a lions fan was commenting on how it was two teams going in different directions. We went on to win superbowls and they went down hill.

I haven't read the entire thread, but I just wanted to give kudos to Kitna, also.

I'm not one of those people that's going to claim that Kitna's a better QB than Romo. But honestly, I think he's a better decision maker, for the most part.

The guy with 158 career INTs vs 162 TDs is a better decision maker?

At this point in his career, yes, I do. Keep in mind that Kitna has NEVER has the talent around him that Romo has had. NEVER in his career. The guy has been on crappy teams his entire professional career. His O-lines and WR corps, in particular have been atrocious.
