Right on! Guy was a beast. I was referring to Ware and the defense this past decade but someone else had to reference that far back to make a point. Which at this stage of the game means nothing; in the meantime I do give honor to our players of the past.

well I watched him play so frankly you know squat.

Even Manster was quiet when he got the job done. Recent enough for you?

When hardy gets to the QB, he gets em to the ground. Violently. Unlike ware who laid qb ' s down or completely whiffed and allowed qb's to side step him.

Id certainly happily take ware at age 26 back in place of hardy. Ware isnt 26 though, hardy is. Obviously Hardy is one of the best options there is now. Lets not act like hardy is substantially or any better than ware was though.

I think that kind of outwardly facing attitude has very little bearing on the game.

Look at the Patriots defense. How much of that did you see? Did it matter?

Dude, Tom Brady talks more trash than out whole team. What are you talking about?

BOB LILLY. Just completely destroyed your pathetic arguement

I think he was referring recently...Ware to be exact. Question number 2. Why does everyone have to be the same. Lilly Was Quiet. This guy is not. Who cares as long as the person performs.

He brings ability and attitude. The contract he signed is gonna keep him hungry to show what he can do.

(kraken the sailor...popeye)

Who's that kraken over my line
Who's that kraken I don't feel fine
Who's that kraken after me
Cried the fair young QB.

It's only me from down south you see
Said a Cowboy named kraken
I'm all ready an you will see
Said the Cowboy named kraken
I'll get after you until you croak
I spin and move and leave you in smoke
When I'm done your team will be broke
Said the Cowboy named kraken

You're handsome, sir
You be handsome, sir
You are handsome, sir
Cried the young QB's

I'm young and rough and dirty and tough
Said kraken the Cowboy
I sometimes grin, but that's a bluff
Said the Cowboy named kraken
I'm going to get you when I can
I hope you relly understand
For football is the life of man
Said kraken the Dallas Cowboy.

I don't know what to make of it.

#TeamLightSkin#Sackscoming#darkknight#Krakenswag#OverLord ...and the story goes, he cast a shadow over the world and filled oceans with quarterback tears. He is rumored to have no name only known as #ThePrinceofDarkness#AmericasDEND

That instagram post echoes some of the comments we've seen of other team-mates talking anonymously about him -- he thinks he is god's gift and he has let it all go to his head.

Again, I'm probably jumping to conclusions, but that Instagram doesn't make me want to leap up and yell out "THANK GOD WE SIGNED THIS GUY"

Just my $0.02.

I wonder what would Thomas "Hollywood" Henderson be like if he'd played in this era

Ronnie Lott: That week, I was driving down the 280 freeway, and a fan was yelling at me. I literally thought it was road rage. Finally, I realized he was saying, "Frickin' beat Dallas!" And then before the game, (Cowboys defensive tackle and eventual Hall of Famer) Randy White yelled at me: "Hey man, get on the other side of the 50!" I said to myself, "That's Randy White." I was a rookie; you better believe I walked on the other side of the 50. It scared the crap out of me.

Lol, and when the colonies complained; the king said, "I don't care." I like what Hardy brings mouth or not, it's not what Ware brought. That was MY comparison, I'm sure these other guys are great but they weren't on the Cowboys for the last 18 years of futility so they mean nothing to me in my point. I don't even know who Manster is. But yes it is good to have players quietly go about their business and get the job done.
Problem is THIS team doesn't have any leaders capable of being quiet and leading, not even by example-because those guys can't stay on the field long enough to lead any anywhere, except the rehab facility. Now this wasn't supposed to be a back and forth; just me giving an opinion and moving on, I've been watching this team since the 70,s and there have only been a few game changers on this defense and they weren't here in the past 18 years, something was always missing. So maybe having someone give this down trodden, low self esteem defense an attitude is just what they need.
So let's agree that we feel differently on the subject and hope he is all we think he can be.
